We are looking for:
A new team member for one of our portfolio companies which provides a platform for secure auctions for collectors of art and hard to find unique products. They are working together with experts who protect individuals from any fraud.
What will keep you challenged?
- Teaming up with internal stakeholders to provide key sellers with the best growth opportunities while supervising and steering the development KPIs
- Growing and retaining an extensive book of business through upselling, relationship building and targeted communications through monitoring and analysing KPIs
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing key clients and providing support with any product-related topics
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in line with the strategy for categories in the German-speaking markets
- Onboarding new sellers and setting them up for future growth
Which traits contribute to your success?
- Minimum 2+ years of sales, business development and account/relationship management experience
- A growth-oriented outlook and eager about the challenge of working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Ability to problem solve on your feet, adapt, and grow quickly as our venture builds their Account Management organization
- Excellent organization, project management and time management skills with strong use of insights and confidence around data-centric decision making
- Resourcefulness, creativity and an unwavering customer focus
- Knowledge or passion for Art, Antiquities, Design, Asian Art and/or Archeology is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Please note that we are supporting our portfolio company with recruiting in Germany. Eligibility to work within the EU is required.
