We are looking for:
A new team member for our latest portfolio company that are single-handedly revolutionizing the global customer service experience by connecting companies with a pool of over 30,000 accomplished support agents from all over the world. With their innovative and market-changing platform, the Venture already provides a large number of people around the world access to well-paying jobs in telecommunications while offering a completely virtual customer service for all B2B customers.
What will keep you challenged?
- Identifying and winning new mid-sized and large companies and thus significantly shaping the success of the venture as well as the company growth
- Identifying and leveraging the potential of the strong, already existing network and developing it proactively by forming strategically valuable customer relationships
- Winning the venture's customers virtually and on-site through individual presentations and laying a foundation for a binding and cooperative partnership with the conclusion of the contract
- Supporting the further development of the department by expanding and operationally implementing sales strategies and processes, e.g. by creating sales forecasts, CRM developments and lead sourcing strategies
- Working closely alongside the VP Strategic Partnership
Which traits contribute to your success?
- Several years of relevant experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management, ideally in the software industry
- Very good experience in working with different stakeholders on all seniority levels
- A structured and result-oriented approach that is strengthened by making decisions based on an entrepreneurial understanding
- Strong business understanding and an excellent communication style
- Fluent in German and English
