We are looking for:

A new team member for one of our portfolio companies: our multi-channel retailer is revolutionizing the online purchase of car parts for professionals and hobbyists by offering a wide range of products and "on-the-spot" support in several chain stores and workshops. 

What will keep you challenged?

  • Establishing our portfolio company’s CRM infrastructure and setting up a customer-facing tool
  • Analyzing proprietary data and analytics to develop strategies that invest in the most valuable customers
  • Driving test-and-learn (i.e. A/B-testing) campaigns across their customer journey to improve contact optimization strategies and the overall ROI
  • Using data to implement suitable messages and communication rhythms along their entire customer journey
  • Collaborating across teams to drive greater levels of automation
  • Engaging customers by continuously identifying new formats and channels

Which traits contribute to your success?

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM with the usage of a common CRM system
  • Specific HTML- and CSS-knowledge of dynamic and responsive email-design
  • Understanding of interfaces and data structures as well as SQL-know-how, skills in AMPscript and JavaScript (SSJS) would be ideal
  • Excellent analytical abilities to identify and integrate more efficient workflows and processes
  • Strong collaborative spirit and relationship-building both internally and externally
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
