We’re looking for a motivated Growth Marketer to join our data driven Marketing team and manage all areas of performance marketing, customer engagement tactics, content marketing and above the line initiatives.
In your day-to-day work, you will focus on both B2B and B2C marketing allowing you to not only put your existing skills into practice, but also develop new ones.

The team covers all areas of programmatic paid acquisition, customer engagement tactics, demand generation, product marketing, marketing automation & MarTech, and Marketing Ops.

In this role, you’ll:
- Conceive and execute marketing strategies along an experimentation roadmap on different Growth Marketing channels (organic and paid) for multiple portfolio companies with different business models in various of growth stages (pre-seed, growth until later-stage)
- Run campaigns and experiments on various advertising networks (META, AdWords, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), as well as test landing pages and creatives in alignment with given KPIs (CPO, CPL, CAC, CLV, ROI, ROAS)
- Develop innovative campaign & creative strategies to achieve business goals, as well as evaluate performance by conducting analysis and creating reports
- Liaise and communicate with diverse stakeholders (internal and external) in a convincing and effective manner about campaign and market development
- Collaborate with Sales and Data teams on ensuring sustainable, pipeline growth accurate performance management (tracking & reporting), advanced analyses and automation
Your Profile
- 3-5 years of hands on professional experience in the area of Growth Marketing, ideally in a start-up environment & passion about Growth Marketing in B2B and/or B2C, excited to understand the opportunities in both areas
- A very good understanding of Growth Marketing and its different channels and platforms - including any of the following (but not limited to): Facebook/Meta ads, Google search ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, YouTube ads etc.
- Confidence in working with numbers and interest in analyzing and interpreting data, with a strong ability in implementing basic tracking
- A natural networker, with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with different teams & to bridge marketing, sales, product and data functions
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and challenging situations, a fast-learner and hypothesis-driven to set new standards
- Excellent communication skills - fluent in both English and German.
Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
