What will keep you challenged?
- Overall responsibility for operational HR management within the lead team
- Sparring partner to the managing directors on strategic HR topics
- Organizational development in a fast changing environment
- Introduction of standardized processes in the area of Talent Management (HR cycle), Remuneration and Benefits
- Modernization and professionalization of recruiting including employer branding
- Implementation of a "New Work" culture strategy in collaboration with one of the company founders
- Personnel planning and controlling
Which traits contribute to your success?
- 5-8 years of professional experience in HR management, ideally in an international environment
- Leadership experience of a small to medium sized team
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze organizational issues
- Solution-oriented, proactive, digital-first approach coupled with a hands-on mentality
- Practical experience in recruiting an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
- Willingness to be present at different company locations in Germany
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
