We are looking for:
A new team member for one of our portfolio companies. Our portfolio company is located in Stuttgart and provides an online platform where customers can connect with manufacturers in the metal industry. They combine many years of experience in metalworking with cutting-edge information technology. Their digital platform enables metalworking businesses and their customers to save costs, streamline processes, and gain a new level of efficiency and productivity.
What will keep you challenged?
- Taking responsibility for the operations division of our portfolio company and developing the division operationally, tactically, and strategically
- Leading the operations team of our portfolio company
- Ensuring that the customers of our portfolio company are optimally served
- Bringing the operations division of our portfolio company and its systems and processes to a top-level
Which traits contribute to your success?
- Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, engineering or comparable subjects
- Being a "process person" and have already gained experience in a similar role - ideally in a start-up
- Very high service orientation
- Preference of designing modern, digital processes
- Strong analytical skills intertwined with a hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills in German and English
