We are looking for:
A new member for our Marketing team at Project A. The team is a group of curious data-driven experts helping our portfolio companies with everything marketing related. Their support covers all areas of DemandGen and Growth, incl. performance marketing, customer engagement tactics, content marketing, field marketing, CRO, marketing ops, and ABM.
What will keep you challenged?
- Developing and executing customer acquisition and engagement strategies that drive growth
- Strategizing with Marketing and Sales Leaders to create effective demand generation programs across various channels to increase sales pipeline and revenue
- Developing and executing awareness campaigns to expand our portfolio ventures’ footprint in new markets
- Finding and optimizing the right campaign strategy and channel mix to make sure we are wisely utilizing our marketing budget and hitting growth targets (e.g. paid media, website, email, social, etc.)
- Understanding and improving the customer journey while adjusting campaign set-up accordingly
- Optimizing inflight campaigns based on performance and any internal feedback
- Working closely with content producers to ensure they're creating the right content for each of our portfolio ventures’ channels
- Analyzing campaign results in detail, draw insights, and make data-based adjustments
- Reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and post-campaign basis that clearly shows results to the rest of marketing and leadership
Which traits contribute to your success?
- 2+ years experience in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing (ideally for software companies)
- A realistic results-oriented approach to campaigns. You can implement campaigns efficiently, test hypotheses and make adjustments based on CRM data
- Set meaningful channel-by-channel benchmarks that help our portfolio ventures build up a reliable lever for inbound demand generation
- Believe in transparency around performance–sharing with the team, what’s working and, almost more importantly, what’s not working
- Truly immersing yourself in the field, in which you market. You’re constantly scoping out how others in the field are creating campaigns and you keep yourself informed about new marketing trends
- Intellectually curious, empathetic, and driven to solve hard problems
- Comfortable in making decisions amidst ambiguity, strong bias for action with an ability to thrive in fast-paced startups
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well
