We are looking for:

A new team member for one of our portfolio companies in the prop-tech space. You will work with a dynamic and ambitious team that makes the property selling process quick and hassle-free.

What will keep you challenged?

  • Developing & Executing integrated marketing campaigns to grow brand presence and relevancy in France.
  • Being responsible for concept, execution, tracking & analysis of marketing campaigns.
  • Managing relationships with external partners and agencies as well as end-to-end CRM strategies to help nurture, activate, onboard and retain partners.
  • Creating unique and exciting content and narratives for a number of communication channels.
  • Working with the creative teams to devise branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs and promotional materials.
  • Creating and executing promotional events & campaigns through liaising with external vendors.
  • Tracking, reporting & analysing performance, insights and trends to optimise campaigns and improve KPIs and ROI.
  • Working closely with Product, Marketing and Investment teams to understand consumer behaviour, segmentation and identify consumer insights to leverage in marketing initiatives. 

Which traits contribute to your success?

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or Economics, or equivalent work experience in the field of marketing. (A Marketing Master is considered a plus.)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in French & English.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a crucial ability to meet deadlines using strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Self-starter, goal oriented and creative thinker.
  • Skilled at planning, organising, prioritising, and executing simultaneous complex projects on tight deadlines.
  • Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications (Google analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Preferably experience in the B2C sector.
  • Plus: highly motivated and ambitious individuals who are passionate and excited about marketing and innovation.
