About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Office Environment Specialist (m/f/d) (minijob - 10h/week) to join our office and workplace management team to support creating a happy and motivating workplace environment. 

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on designing the premises and ensuring a pleasant working atmosphere.

This opportunity is well-suited for someone with a wealth of life experience who is looking for a meaningful way to spend their time while contributing to our office community. Bringing wisdom and a nurturing presence to our workplace is highly valued.

Our Office & Workplace Management team ensures the smooth operation of Project A’s office while providing a wide range of administration support: From planning company events to handling purchases.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Ensure employees and visitors feel welcome and relevant services are provided (such as snacks & beverage program) 
  • Provide an open door to employees to chat an exchange about their daily tasks
  • Help newcomers to settle in the office
  • Support in ordering and managing office supplies, from highlighters to filing cabinets

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in office operations, front-desk, customer service or hotel industry, HR, catering service or event management
  • Proven track record in coordinating and organising, service ready with a professional attitude
  • People oriented and always an open ear for the desires and needs of your colleagues - making others happy makes you happy
  • Ready to help mentality, flexible mindset, and reliable to others
  • Can work onsite
  • Fluent in German and English

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
