Join our portfolio company, a German ClimateTech company focused on decarbonising the global food industry. The startup’s visionary software allows manufacturers and retailers to calculate their emission scores and gain valuable insight into the environmental impact of their entire supply chain.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Design and mature the company's product offering, owning solutions end-to-end
  • Conduct research, testing, and delivery of design ideas into wireframes, interfaces and scalable user experiences
  • Work as a generalist from user research to prototypes and low-code products with engineers to make it a reality
  • Help shape the design function at the company as a key part of the growing team
  • Conduct on-site and remote user research to better understand users and test solutions
  • Own the end-to-end design for a number of products in the works
  • Manage the expansion of the product to other verticals/geographies, and contribute to the product strategy and service design offerings

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end product design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating previous experience across research, design and delivery of user-centric products.
  • Experience conducting user research to understand and empathise with users.
  • Show tremendous product curiosity; excited about solving customer problems in pragmatic ways.
  • Enjoy designing & testing prototypes in Figma and low/no code tools (like Retool).
  • Worked closely with design systems and helped contribute to building them out.
  • Love indulging in the world of (sustainable) food systems
  • Fluent in English (German is a nice to have)

Please note that we’re looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
