We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager (m/w/d) for our latest portfolio company that are single-handedly revolutionizing the global customer service experience by connecting companies with a pool of over 35,000 accomplished support agents from all over the world. With their innovative and market-changing platform, the Venture already provides a large number of people around the world access to well-paying jobs in telecommunications while offering access to a completely virtual customer service for all B2B customers.

What will keep you challenged?

  • Continuing to bring bring our outstanding business model to the market and thus actively contributing to the success and growth of the Venture
  • Identifying and acquiring new medium-sized and large companies and significantly shaping the success of the Venture as well as spearheading company growth
  • Recognizing and leveraging the potential of our strong, already existing network and proactively developing it by forming strategically valuable partnerships
  • Convincing our demanding customers virtually and on-site through curated individual presentations, determining corresponding needs, deriving implementation concepts and laying the foundation for a binding and cooperative partnership with the conclusion of the contract
  • Supporting the further development of the department by expanding and operationally implementing sales strategies and processes, e.g. by creating sales forecasts, CRM developments and lead sourcing strategies  
  • Seeing yourself as a passionate and confident product ambassador and report your successes directly to the VP Strategic Partnership

Which traits contribute to your success?

  • successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or similar
  • several years of professional experience in B2B sales or key account management, ideally in the software industry
  • you describe yourself as a sales professional, know all sales techniques and know how to convince charismatically in pitches and presentations - confidently in German and English 
  • strong stakeholder management skills, high drive to perform and willingness to dive deep into every aspect of the product 
  • structured and result-oriented working style, ability to make decisions based on your entrepreneurial understanding, without forgetting the human component   
  • ability to constructively act on feedback quickly, acting locally but always keeping the bigger picture in mind, in order to contribute sustainably to the further development of your skills and those of your team
