About the Job 

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Intern/ Working Student to join our Sales & Customer Success team and support its Sales strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll work alongside more senior colleagues to enable our Ventures´ commercial departments, and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Our Sales and Customer Success team is a group of experts determined to help portfolio companies scale their operations. The team delivers industry-leading expertise in sales, customer success, growth, and RevOps.

In this role, you´ll: 

  • Support your colleagues on ongoing projects aimed at improving our portfolio’s commercial operations
  • Work closely with the department leadership, supporting their daily activities and gain insight into the challenges of leading a department
  • Conduct research, improve process documentation & design, dive into data analysis and more
  • Expand internal frameworks, update knowledge-bases and produce presentations needed for the department to function effectively
  • Take advantage of several learning opportunities throughout every commercial aspect of a startup, from business development to operational sales, marketing, recruitment, content, CRM and more
  • This internship can also be your entry into a full-time role at Project A after completion of your studies

Your Profile

  • An ongoing Bachelor's, Master's degree in business (or related degree) or an MBA - Please submit your grades with your application
  • Previous work experience in start-ups, consulting, sales or other commercial roles
  • Excellent documentation skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and more
  • A fast learner with a start-up mindset (enthusiastic, self-motivated and hands-on)
  • A love for numbers, data, structure and analytics
  • High interest in sales and excitement about commercial execution 
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • German and English at a negotiation level

Please note that we’re looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
