About the job
We’re looking for a motivated S (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and lead the Marketing team. In your day-to-day work, you’ll ensure that our portfolio company’s marketing department operates as smoothly and efficiently as possible, and oversee the entire performance marketing activities.
Join our portfolio company: A German company focused on designing and manufacturing innovative, award-winning office furniture. Through its pioneering e-commerce platform, the company also provides custom interior design and planning solutions to hundreds of thousands of businesses.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the Performance Marketing function focusing on user acquisition and growth strategies across all markets and channels (Paid Social, SEA, SEO, etc.) and discover untapped marketing opportunities within the E-commerce industry
- Continuously optimising performance marketing activities based on learnings from multiple A/B tests across creatives, targets and other strategies
- Drive strategic decisions based on testing to optimise campaigns
- Actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into the channel mix
- Manage performance metrics and budget tracking at every opportunity
- Ensure consistent communication of our portfolio company’s acquisition strategy across all marketing channels
- Work in cross-functional teams to influence decision-makers across the organisation
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in Performance Marketing or consumer-acquisition led business models
- Experience in team leadership and handling marketing budgets as well as complex campaigns across multiple channels
- Proven experience in developing innovative approaches to derive quality traffic generation, conversion, acquisition or optimisation
- Strategic, but hands-on mentality. A structured way of working, with extraordinary logical thinking and analytical skills
- True passion for marketing and willingness to contribute to strategic discussions at senior management level with the know how to clearly communicate this vision to relevant parties within the organisation
- Fluent in both German and English
Please note that we are looking for support in the Meerbusch office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
