About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to join the team in our portfolio company and drive their product initiatives with them.
In your day-to-day work, you'll work with senior engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders in sales, procurement, and accounting to develop features that drive the business growth.

The company’s mission is to unlock the vast potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market by providing global access to high-quality products through its innovative platform. Since its launch in January 2022, the firm has operated discreetly with no public profile or media coverage while it has already successfully served hundreds of companies.
In this role, you’ll:
- Translate business strategy into product strategy and execute it
- Analyse customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective
- Own the product roadmap and plan and carry out product launches
- Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market (go-to-market strategies for new products or service launches)
- Partner with Engineering and Business teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs, and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role
- previous experience in web software, ideally in a marketplace, e-commerce, logistics, or fintech
- Familiarity with overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Natural leadership, you know how to convince effectively and cross-functional teams to work together and execute complex projects
- Experience with MVPs, lead customer interviews, and familiarity with constant feedback and discovery processes
- Business English skills. Fluency in German is a big plus
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
