We are looking for:

A new team member for one of our portfolio companies in Valencia (Spain). 

What will keep you challenged?

  • Being responsible for a sales team of 13 and the implementation of agreed sales strategies
  • Setting up and monitoring the implementation of KPIs for the team 
  • Preparing forecasts and KPI reportings for the upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
  • Being actively involved in winning over potential customers 
  • Working collaboratively across teams - espeacially Data and Marketing 
  • Being creative in testing different sales approaches for international markets 
  • Ensuring that your team develops as a whole but also that everyone develops individually

Which traits contribute to your success?

  • 3 + years of relevant sales experience in a hands on environment
  • Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
  • Experience with several European markets and the ability to identify the needs of different customers
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to represent the Sales Team in front of all Stakeholders
  • A solution oriented approach and mindset 
  • English up to native level, any other language is a plus

Please note that we are looking for support in the CITY office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
