Berlin, 28.7.2021. Dixa, the customer engagement platform, raises a $105M Series C funding round led by General Atlantic, with existing investors Project A, Notion Capital and SEED Capital also participating.
The Copenhagen-based company has created a customer experience solution which works across all channels and shifts away from transactional, ticket-based customer service to value-added customer engagement, beneficial for brands and customers alike.
Dixa will leverage the new funds to invest in product development, including potential new acquisitions, having acquired Melbourne-based Elevio earlier this year.
Uwe Horstmann, General Partner at Project A, says: “High-quality, scalable customer service is one of the key challenges all digital brands face in retaining customer loyalty. Dixa has the ideal solution with its conversational customer service platform which delivers exceptional customer as well as agent experience across all channels. We are very proud to see that Dixa has grown tremendously since we first invested in its Series A in 2019 and continue to support their journey.”
