As soon as you have successfully applied via our online system, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt. Due to the number of people involved in the selection process, the processing of your application will take some time. We will inform you via telephone or email about the current status of your application. Our HR team will check the overall fit with the company and position, the specific expert team you applied to will check your know-how and skillset in more detail.
If we think the big picture fits, we usually invite you to a short telephone interview. HR as well as an expert of the relevant team will check if your expectations fit to our requirement. After convincing us that you might be the perfect fit, we will invite you to various interviews on the Project A Campus. The number of interviews depends on the position you applied to.
Finally you will meet our HR expert(s) and team members in person. When you pass these interviews successfully and all relevant stakeholders give the go-ahead, we'll look forward to welcoming you as a new team member!
