Project A supports entrepreneurs in building companies such as Catawiki, Contorion, Eyeota, Lostmy.name, Nu3, Spryker, Tictail, WorldRemit, and ZenMate.
We are looking for:A new team member for one of our portfolio companies.
- Contacting new B2B customers (inbound & outbound) via telephone
- Optimization and further development of customer relationships
- Support of the marketing team
- Acquisition of new clients and support with appropriate advice
- Email correspondence with your regular customers
- Full responsibility and active participation in the sales process
- You are currently studying economics, communications science or a comparable field
- You think in a customer-oriented way and have a high sales motivation
- You have already gained some experience in Telesales, in a Call Center or in Customer Service
- You have quick perception skills, a strong team spirit, and are highly motivated
- You communicate fluently in German, other foreign languages are a plus
- You will become part of a highly professional and motivated team
