I really enjoy the chance of sharing knowledge and work experience with other colleagues.

I am working in the HR team of Project A since 2012, managing the administration. My tasks contain creating contracts, onboarding of new team members, administering sick leave and holidays, as well as issuing work certificates. Our portfolio already includes 30 ventures, which means a lot of duties for the HR team.

Born and raised in Berlin, I decided on doing a merchandise apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade.
I have always been interested in human resources, which is why I got additional training in this field next to my job – and now can call myself an examined recruiter. A job advertisement in HR brought me to Project A.

Being mother to a young girl, I was very happy about the chance of working part time. This enables me to care for my family and get engaged in a great HR team at the same time.

I like to bring in my ideas and thoughts in our everyday work – and it is even better that I am able to realize them on a regular basis. One example is the workshop on parental leave for the HR staff.

Besides, I really enjoy the chance of sharing knowledge and work experience with other colleagues, e.g. during our brown bag lunches.
