Students of the university St. Gallen visiting Project A

How do I start Online Marketing as a startup? And why is SEM so important? Kai Rieke, Online Marketing Director at Project A, answered these and several other questions to 25 students from the University of St. Gallen. The participants were visiting the company builder during their study tour to Berlin. Kai Rieke also had some practical advice for his audience: "Collect data as soon as possible - even if you will only able to analyze it later". Another important issue was the successful strategy of doing online marketing in-house because it is the only way to learn of mistakes and to build up and develop marketing excellence.
Dr. Florian Heinemann, co-founder and Managing Director at Project A Ventures, promoted this strategy a day earlier at the OM-CapConference in Berlin: “Good (performance) marketing organizations are doing everything inhouse, they are highly specified and strongly data-driven”.
