GreenGurus is a virtual restaurant chain delivering healthy foods such as salads, quinoa bowls, yogurts, mueslis and cold pressed juices. The companies goal is to become the leading household and office brand for on-demand fast casual delivery food. GreenGurus exclusively focuses on fresh salads and other ready-to-eat snacks, which are delivered through ecofriendly electric scooters. GreenGurus was founded in January 2016 by Paul Gebhardt and Dimitrios Ploutarchos.
