Berlin, 04.11.2021. Project A portfolio company Eyeota, an audience technology and data transformation platform, is acquired by Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global provider of business decisioning data and analytics. Financial details of the transactions were not disclosed according to the agreement. Project A has been supporting Eyeota since its seed financing round in 2013.

Eyeota is a leading source for audience data enabling advertisers to better target and engage audiences across global markets and digital channels - all while respecting consumer privacy. The company was founded in 2010 and operates in Europe, Asia, Australia and the Americas, powering data solutions in 188 countries.

Florian Heinemann, General Partner at Project A, says: “Eyeota has found a perfect new owner with Dun & Bradstreet and it will be an essential element in the future digital strategy of the company.
