Marius Swart

Digital Lead Operations and Strategy, Henkel X

Marius has over 20 years of financial and innovation experience. He co-founded Henkel X where he is responsible for supporting the digital transformation journey of Henkel. He is currently a board member on several start-ups and is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Executive Working Group, Digital Platforms and Ecosystems. Prior to Henkel, he worked at The Coca-Cola Company for 14 years where he was the investment lead for Coke’s early-stage company builder and also worked in the mergers and acquisition function completing deals ranging between $500,000 and $12 billion.
