Sales & Customer Success Specialist, Project A

Raul is a Sales & Customer Success Specialist at Project A. He works with Project A’s portfolio companies on topics such as sales recruiting & training, sales stack, organizational building, strategy and processes. He’s also building up the Sales Development Graduate Program developing some of the biggest sales talents in Berlin. Raul has witnessed and helped multiple high-growth cases in his career, from Treatwell to Service Partner One and Pets Deli, of which the first two resulted in successful exits. Raul is a proud sales nerd who believes in the intersection of data and humans as a driver of sales excellence.
