Tobias Rosenstock

Teamlead Software Engineering, Project A

Tobias joined Project A in 2014 and is currently leading one of the Software Engineering teams with a focus on PHP. He is supporting portfolio companies in the area of Backend Development – with special attention on code quality, testability and performance. In his view, communication is an often overseen but essential part of Software Engineering. Hence, Tobias is fascinated with the human aspects of tech. This philosophy can be underlined by his favourite quote from Martin Fowler: “Any fool can write code that a computer can understand. Good programmers write code that humans can understand.”
