Berlin, 11.12.2023. Berlin-based start-up montamo has successfully closed a €2.1 million pre-seed funding round led by Project A Ventures. montamo aims to accelerate the implementation of the green energy transition by addressing its biggest challenge: the lack of skilled workers. Using a hybrid approach of specialised training centres and digital solutions, the company aims to train people from migrant backgrounds to make a career change to become skilled construction workers in the energy sector.
