About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Electrician (Cleanroom Environment) (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies.

In your day-to-day work, you will focus on ensuring efficient and effective install, maintain, and repair electrical cabinets, electrical components, high-capacity electrical systems, while also having the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical cabinets, elecrical components, high-capacity electrical systems, and associated equipment, like UPS Systems.
  • Accurately read and interpret complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams from facilities and process equipment.
  • Conduct troubleshooting of electrical systems to rapidly diagnose and resolve issues, minimizing downtime for both facilities and production tools.
  • Ensure adherence to strict cleanroom protocols and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance teams and engineering staff to ensure smooth integration and operation of electrical components and systems.
  • Provide technical support for preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring reliability and efficiency of electrical installations.
  • Familiar with BIM/BMS (Building information/management systems) and experience in REVIT/3D modeling.
  • Keep building documentation up to date.
  • Site management of electrical systems during the construction of the cleanroom.

Your Profile

  • Relevant training with extensive professional experience (Bachelor’s degree as an electrician is a plus)
  • Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience as an industrial electrician.
  • Proven experience in cleanroom environments and familiarity with cleanroom standards and procedures.
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to handle large-scale electrical installations and troubleshoot complex electrical problems.
  • Allowed to switch high currents (regulations)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
  • Reliable and pro active
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Good knowledge of current rules and regulations DIN Norms and DGUV Vorschrift 3.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and German.

Please note that we are looking for support in the Aachen office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
