About the Job
We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Lead to join our venture's performance marketing team and develop its strategies.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring strategic decisions and choices, and managing smoothly the performance marketeers.

In this role, you’ll:
- Manage Performance Marketing initiatives in key markets
- Craft a Performance Marketing strategy for strong returns
- Innovate creatively in line with Gen Z Trends
- Maximise spending effectiveness to achieve business targets
- Maintain precise data tracking and attribution
- Supervise two Performance Marketing managers
Your Profile
- 4+ years experience in performance marketing, specialising in Google Ads, with exposure to TikTok and Snapchat Ads
- Prior team management experience in consumer-focused industries, with expertise targeting Gen Z demographics and a background in mathematics or analytics
- Proficient in tracking and attribution, collaborating with Mobile Measurement Partners e.g. Adjust
- Skilled in managing diverse markets and channels simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical, proficient in SQL and Excel, with a strong grasp of business needs and KPIs
- Great communication skills in English, German is a plus
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
