About the Job
We're looking for an experienced Senior Operational Excellence & Strategy Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies.
In your day-to-day work, you'll be taking ownership of end-to-end projects aimed at optimising the delivery and execution of our services to our clients.
Join our portfolio company: A German customer service platform focused on connecting companies with support experts located around the globe. The company collaborates with more than 30,000 service professionals, enabling them to offer remote support to companies through its innovative digital platform.
In this role, you’ll:
- Continuously analyse and identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvement along our venture´s value chain to promote operational excellence
- Derive and implement innovative and strategic measures to optimise business processes in close coordination with the operations, product, and finance teams
- Utilise comprehensive data analysis to make informed decisions and ensure that all measures are based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate closely with the operations leadership team, present results to the C-level leadership, and if necessary, present to external customers to develop and implement the defined measures together
- Foster a culture of change and continuous improvement within the operations organisation by actively guiding changes and ensuring acceptance at all levels
Your Profile
- You have a completed university degree and professional experience in a dynamic scale-up or consulting environment, ideally with a focus on operations, industrial goods, tech, or digital
- You enjoy making decisions, have the courage to manage and coordinate complex tasks and diverse teams, and are able to proactively explore new paths
- You have high standards for quality, act conscientiously and structured, are flexible, and embrace the fail-fast principle
- You have excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent language and negotiation skills in both German and English
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin or Munich office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
