About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its Talent Acquisition strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and support the HR team in attracting, sourcing, and engaging top talent and get to contribute to various projects.

Join our portfolio company: Founded in 2021 with its HQ in Berlin/Germany, the company runs a trailblazing marketplace that redefines one of the largest supply chains on earth. The company’s mission is to unlock the vast potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market by providing global access to high-quality products through their innovative platform. Since the launch in January 2022, the firm has operated discreetly with no public profile or media coverage while it has already successfully served hundreds of companies.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Xing), and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for specific roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process 
  • Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate profiles, status changes, and interview feedback 
  • Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and platforms
  • Participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs or campus recruiting activities, to promote the company and engage with potential candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers in different teams (Growth, Procurement, Tech)

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a University and/ or you are a fresh business graduate 
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. German skills are a plus
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail 
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Previous experience in fast paced or highly competitive environments

Please note that we’re looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
