• Malin Posern will lead the firm’s growing London office and focus on Early-Stage investments in the UK and Nordics

Berlin/London, 21.09.2023. Project A officially welcomes Malin Posern as Partner and Managing Director UK. Combining deep investment and operational expertise along with her Nordic heritage and extensive experience in the UK, Malin will strengthen the firm’s geographic coverage and double down on Project A’s effort to back the next generation of startups in the UK and Nordics.

Malin joins from early-stage venture firm Passion Capital and previously worked as an investor at Index Ventures focusing on consumer and business applications in the Nordics and DACH regions. She also served on the Executive Team at Browns Fashion, where she built the retail brand into a key strategic pillar for the Farfetch Group. Malin started her career at Bain & Company in Stockholm and holds a Master of Engineering as well as a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Growing London office reinforcing Project A’s commitment to the European ecosystem

Malin joins Project A’s growing London office, which includes Principals Mila Cramer and Jack Wang, as well as investment associates Daria Gneusheva and Ciara Gumsheimer. London has also become a hub for our investor relations team where Aggy Galieva and Andrea Emanuelli oversee fundraising and global relationships with limited partners.

The team works closely with the wider Project A investment team and operational platform of over 120 functional experts in the Berlin hub. This further expansion reinforces the company’s commitment to the European ecosystem and builds on its history of notable investments in local companies such as WorldRemit, Unmind, Kry, Voi and Dixa.
