Berlin, 14.02.2023. Project A expands the management team of its operational services. Thuy Ngan Trinh, CMO, and Stephan Schulze, CTO, join Operating Partner Rainer Berak in leading the team of around 140 functional experts at Project A. The new management team will continue to develop Project A's operational support for the portfolio, working closely with the company's partners and investment team.

Project A’s unique “operational VC” model enables all its portfolio companies to access a wide range of operational support services aimed at scaling their business and their technology. This includes key areas such as as software engineering, product development, business intelligence, brand and communications, data, marketing, sales and recruiting.

Thuy Ngan has been with the company since 2015, leading various marketing positions and rising to the position of CMO in which she actively supports Project A’s portfolio companies in growing their business. Stephan Schulze also joined in 2015, he mentors and advises CTOs of the companies backed by Project A and helps them build scalable and successful tech organizations and products.
